Prepare a pie pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside.
To prepare crust, combine pizza crust mix and water until moistened. Cover
and let rest for 5 minutes.
Press dough into prepared pie pan. Meanwhile, to prepare filling, in a
skillet, over medium heat, cook turkey, bell peppers, and onions until no
pink remains in turkey and vegetables are tender. Drain.
Stir in seasoning mix; simmer 5 minutes.
Sprinkle 1 cup tortilla chips over bottom of crust.
Spoon meat mixture over crust and tortilla chips. Spread sour cream over
meat mixture. Cover with cheese. Sprinkle on remaining tortilla chips.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Cooks note : If dough for pizza crust mix is too sticky, add 2 teaspoons
of unbleached flour.
